WHAT WE DO
The Hypnosis Heart Transforming Mind Center is a program dedicated to empower all those interested in making positive changes for their mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. Sally’s Unifying Self Process, is a team approach to integrate the unconscious, conscious, and each person’s own higher belief system through hypnosis and creative visualization. Here at the Heart Transforming Mind Center we are dedicated to improving the quality of life for seniors, those with memory loss (including people with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia). Caregiver support and resources are provided. Roselyn Productions is part of the HTM Center, dedicated to helping people express themselves and heal, through art and exercise therapy in homes and managed care facilities. Original art prints and cards are sold with the Fern’s Fronds label.

THE PERSONALIZED CD/BRAINWAVE ENTRAINMENT
We prepare a personalized recording, which includes guided imagery, acknowledging each person’s unique positive experiences and positive memories. The recording accesses the unconscious mind, a storehouse of information that remembers thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. The unconscious or deeply relaxed mind can “hear” and respond in a way that the cognitive portion cannot. Studies have shown that repetition helps to stimulate and make more neuron connections in the brain. The CD is played regularly to experience significant improvements mentally, physically and emotionally. The addition of brainwave entrainment can strengthen the effectiveness of the CD using rhythmic sounds and tones that match the natural rhythms of your own brainwave patterns. The patterns are listened to in the alpha, theta, or delta rhythm cycles which create optimum heaLing for emotional, mental and physical issues.
